One-line Description:
Column information containign character "&" does not allows to Apply changes

Problem:

On instruments with a Valve Thermostat Cluster (VTC), Assist Control cannot apply changes to the LC Driver Column Information if any Column Tag Information field contains the “&” character.

Temporary Solution:

Remove or replace the “&” character from all fields in the LC Driver Column Tag Information, then reapply the changes using Assist Control.

Fix available with LC Driver 3.12
Customers can continue using Assist Control Software 2.2 and later after updating to LC Driver 3.12.

KPR#:1415791  Product:    2.2

Keyword:

One-line Description:
HDR Cluster with G7117A Detector Reported as Offline in Assist

Problem:

In Assist Control Software version 2.2, HDR detector clusters containing one or more G7117A modules are incorrectly identified as invalid and displayed as "HDR offline, need to configure in driver", even when the HDR cluster is properly configured in the driver.

Temporary Solution:

There is no workaround.
However, the HDR cluster can be configured successfully in the driver, acquisition runs and sequences works as expected; however, Assist will continue to display the HDR card as Offline, until the software fix is applied.

Fix Information:

Fixed in version 2.3

KPR#:1434918  Product:    2.2

Keyword:

One-line Description:
Assist Hub lock state behaves unexpectedly and may prevent user access

Problem:

Inconsistent behavior has been observed in locked state of the Assist Hub (G7180A). Reported symptoms include:
• Excessively long lockout times (up to 491252:56 minutes)
• Unexpected interface lock despite valid passcode entry
• Automatic unlocking without user interaction

These conditions may result in temporary loss of access to the Assist Control Software.

Temporary Solution:

For versions minor than 2.3
Primary workaround:
Power cycle the LC system. In one reported case, after the interface unexpectedly unlocked, turning the LC off and on again restored the display to its previous locked state.
Secondary workaround:
Perform a factory reset to restore access. Consider that a factory reset erases all saved data in Assist Hub.

Fix Information:

Fixed in version 2.3
